What information is used
The form collects your name, email address, optional company or project, area of interest, message and the language of the page. It also records the submission date, a request reference and the version of this notice you accepted. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people.
Purpose and legal basis
Your information is used to review and reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a consultation or the course. The legal basis is the consent you provide through the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent by emailing aleksandr@k-har.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The required fields are necessary to handle the form; you may instead contact us by email. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are held in the website's private enquiry system. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and storage services and may process information to deliver and secure the website. These providers operate internationally, so processing outside the European Economic Area may occur under their applicable data protection arrangements. If you contact us directly by email, the email providers involved also process the message to deliver it. Your details are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
How long information is kept
Form enquiries are kept for up to one year from submission. Older enquiries are removed when the next enquiry is received or the owner opens the inbox. You may request earlier deletion. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, any records needed for the service or legal obligations are handled separately under the applicable terms and retention requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by emailing aleksandr@k-har.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and automated decisions
This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may use essential technical mechanisms. The private owner sign-in uses authentication cookies; public visitors do not need an account to submit an enquiry. The website does not make automated decisions about your application or profile visitors for marketing.
